1. Definitions

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify pjo33 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. pjo33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such unauthorized use results from our negligence or breach of security protocols.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits apply based on your account verification level.

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

pjo33 processes withdrawals 24/7 with an average processing time of 15 minutes. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are subject to the receiving bank's processing times. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security verification.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

You may not withdraw funds that have not been wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms.

4.6 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pjo33 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and to void transactions made from accounts not registered in your name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Maximum Bet Rules

When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round/spin is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pjo33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of pjo33 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from pjo33 without prior written consent, except for:

• Temporary copies stored in RAM incidental to accessing the platform
• Files automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement
• Personal, non-commercial use only

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

pjo33 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pjo33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the services
• Technical failures or interruptions

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your pjo33 account in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements cannot be closed until those requirements are met or forfeited.

10.2 Termination by pjo33

pjo33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months
• Required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use pjo33 services immediately ceases. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to pjo33. Bonus funds and pending winnings from bonus play may be forfeited upon termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to offshore gaming operators serving the Indonesian market.

11.2 Dispute Resolution
